If you have completed a DTS and have a desire to serve long term as SMC Staff, please fill out an application. Areas of service include, but are not limited to; School staff, Kawan, Office staff, Hospitality, Campus Ministries, Migrant Workers Ministry, and IT. Although English is widely spoken, long term staff are encouraged to participate in some form of language learning upon arrival.
